Objective: At this final meeting before the Convocation, your leadership team will discuss the EASTeR elements and build an EASTeR Project for the parish which includes the 4 tenets.

Formulate ideas for creating an EASTeR Project for the parish
Know your church. Do the following:
- Review the 5 pillars of EASTeR
- Harness your creativity and see what is possible for the parish to do to reach the marginalized – capture every idea
- Review the EASTeR template
- Review the Planning Meeting Agenda.
- Prepare for robust final meeting before the Convocation

- Pray
- Discuss the EASTeR Project elements – Entrepreneurial, Accountability, Serve, Transform and Reach Out
- Where are the opportunities? Gaps?
- Build the EASTeR Project for your Parish
- Bring your parish EASTeR Project to the Convocation!
